Why
The solution is not always known at the beginning.
Many software projects begin by pretending the problem is already understood.
Zapero.co takes the opposite approach. Discovery is allowed to remain exploratory when uncertainty is high. Structure is introduced progressively as evidence, constraints and decisions become clearer.
